Aperture Space and Personnel Management

Overview

The Aperture Visual Information Manager is a software tool for building powerful, easily customised visual information systems. The combination of visual information such as floor plans, photographs and jpegs with the database information, (whether stored in Aperture or read from disparate databases), and the report writer makes a very powerful, easy-to-use total facilities management software system. Aperture can be tailored to suit any organisation. It can be applied effectively in the context of a small organisation, or in the multi-user client/server environment of a large organisation with many locations and tens of thousands of square meters. The Aperture Visual Web Server can provide controlled live access to all Aperture-based drawings and data to anyone with a web browser.

Aperture for space management accurately tracks the measurements of buildings, floors, tenants, departments and office space.  Allows the user to simplify space reconfigurations & charge backs and to analyse space use efficiencies.  The visual reporter and the powerful database reporter ensure instant management updates.

Aperture VWS (Visual Web Server)  helps you achieve business resiliency by addressing four critical realities...

First, organisations need to proactively distribute their workforce and accurately track both employees and workplace resources in the event of a disruption.

Second, workplaces are more complex and they place more stringent requirements on managers adding increased risk if managed poorly, yet much greater leverage if managed efficiently.

Third, there is constant pressure for improved customer service and, in many cases, operation with fewer staff and a smaller budget.

And fourth, space costs money and by reading live CAD information, Aperture enables accurate charge back to departments including comprehensive cost centre allocations.

…Aperture can help businesses achieve these.

Aperture helps you acheive a superior workplace with a high level of precision in running operations and detailed reports for performance analysis.
