BP needed to keep track of staff movements and locations within their head office tenancy; allow for updating of floor plans due to a high change rate; and to be able to accurately calculate floor space area for rent allocation.
Our software allowed for alterations to be quickly and easily drafted and shown to stakeholders so they could visualise the changes and adjust easily prior to works beginning.
Updates to the database keeps track where the people have moved to.
Next on the agenda for BP were the scanning of artwork images into the system to help in asset tracking, and the recording of emergency lighting locations and other plant and equipment items to help in recording locations and maintenance.
