Works Management

Works Management was behind the initial creation of WSMenterprise (and still is a key function), however it has now become only a part of the overall Facility Management (FM) functionality that WSMenterprise delivers. The FM-Work module provides both Adhoc (emergency) work request management and planned work maintenance. The Adhoc work management provides the capability of servicing user based requests received via email, phone, fax, or verbally as well as those delivered by our online request system. The planned work capability provides comprehensive scheduling options for preplanned work for all manner of activities. These tasks obviously include all compliance tasks whether they be done by contractors or internal personnel. FM-Work also has the capability to gather extensive cost and activity data that is then collected, analysed and apportioned to business unit as required. You can schedule comprehensive options for pre-planned work - you can even include Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Environmentally Sustainable Development (ESD) compliance tasks.

The FM-Work system provides customer feedback surveys and analysis of these survey sheets. This combined with the email and SMS integration your customers will be happy that you can now keep them informed as to the progress of the work. This is done automatically by the system. The Work system provides many more features to ensure that the management of work becomes a part of your everyday work practices and in doing so taking far less of your time with greater accuracy, than ever before.
